We have been here for over four years and are still enjoying the amenity of it. The fitout and furnishings are first class and still attract favourable comment from our clients, particularly those who are visiting us for the first time.

“Right from the start we knew this was a difficult project. The Clinic’s brief to Interiors Intoto was to totally renovate our 700sqm 12th floor breast cancer diagnostic clinic including the installation of new imaging and consulting rooms, patient waiting areas, foyer and new toilets. A new computer room was also required on the ground floor to facilitate our new services and complement the existing. All this was to be done without losing a single day’s business, and with minimum disruption to our staff and patients.
Interiors Intoto’s brief included the incorporation of our new corporate colours, and to ensure the completed task was not only functional but in keeping with the look and feel appropriate for a leading private breast cancer diagnostic clinic.
Not only was the project completed on time and within budget but Di McKenzie and her team ensured that the staged relocation of work areas for staff happened with a minimum of fuss. Di’s ability to organise the workflow around 37 staff and 40 to 50 patients on any one day, and have so few complaints, has to be commended.
On behalf of our team at Sydney Breast Clinic I want to extend our thanks to Di for so ably leading the project. I want also to personally thank Di for her patience and professional guidance. With Di’s help we have a Clinic that looks good, is comfortable for our patients, and comfortable and functional for our staff. We have a great working environment”.

“As a member of the Executive Management Committee I worked with Di McKenzie of Interiors Intoto who was contracted by our Committee to design and manage the entire interiors refurbishment of our unit block. The project involved the refurbishment of all common areas of a 31 unit facility including painting, carpets and individual unit door replacements. I found working with Di an extremely rewarding event, both professionally and personally. Her attention to detail, her day-to-day management of the contractors and her follow-up ensured an outcome that has no doubt added substantial value to our unit block”.

“It was with some trepidation I decided to move from my Pymble apartment into a retirement village. With the caring personalised professional advice from Di, I was able to identify my ‘special treasures’ to be taken with me, from small momentos to furniture and paintings that made my house a home. Di prepared a floor plan of my new environment and worked through the layout with my son to ensure all would be ready for my move. I couldn’t be happier. In fact, as I say to my family and friends ‘I have brought my happiness with me’”.

Di managed the project from start to finish. Her team was so professional in their work. We were kept informed of progress at all times.
I have never been involved in a more stress-free renovation.
We absolutely love the results. What is more, we love that the work was completed within the time-frame and within the budget. Highly recommended!”.

“Interiors Intoto’s role as design consultants and project managers ensured timely completion of all staged works across an eight month program, with handover of each stage being consistently met by the nominated teams. The challenge in many ways was to re-locate our personnel to temporary areas without disruption and refurbishing those part floor areas in order to ensure a seamless return to allocated working spaces. This was achieved at each stage with minimum, downtime”.

“The Executive Committee had no idea that there were companies and services available to strata complexes to assist with complete refurbishment works. We were delighted when Di McKenzie of Interiors Intoto met with us to review our needs and to explain what her company could do to achieve our vision for the building. Works have been carried out on the interiors only at this stage, and included new floorcoverings, paint finishes to all painted surfaces, some lighting, and new signage throughout which included unit entry door numbers, service cupboards, and fire compliance notices. We worked through a budget with Di, and a Program of Works. Our project was completed on time, and on budget. We were very impressed with Di’s attention to detail on the site, and her attention to our requests and concerns. We would be delighted to refer her to future projects without hesitation. We now have an apartment block that has been brought into today’s contemporary environment, with further interior works unnecessary for another ten to twelve years”.

‘We engaged Interiors Intoto to refresh our waterside apartment as well as redesign the home office. We found working with Di McKenzie to be a rewarding experience as the end product looks fantastic and suits our lifestyle. The home office is now far more functional and achieves all that we needed the re-design to achieve. We would have no hesitation in recommending Di and Interiors Intoto for any similar work in the future”.
