Interiors Intoto works closely with the Executive Committee representatives when refurbishment of a strata building is required –  a ‘face lift to common areas’ where the building is still in good general condition, but needs updating.  Works generally include a new colour scheme for both exterior and interior works.  The Executive Committee  may also call for sourcing and specification of new floor treatments, new lighting, new signage including unit entry door numbers, and perhaps artwork pieces in main entry foyers and lift lobby foyers at each level.  Seating suitable for common areas could also form part of the brief from the Executive Committee.
